Returns and Exchanges

At bagsjaquemus.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on bagsjaquemus.com.
  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the instructions to generate your return label.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please place a new order on bagsjaquemus.com and return the original item following the return process above.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. For international returns, customs fees may apply.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
